1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between jelly bd and all users of this platform. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, users are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To become eligible for withdrawal, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• If there is any indication of promotional benefit abuse, jelly bd reserves the right to cancel the relevant transactions.
• VIP cashback and other promotional benefits are subject to their own separate terms.

5.3 VIP Cashback

jelly bd's VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. At each tier, a set percentage of weekly net losses is given back as cashback: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. For example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 as cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Both sports betting and online casino services are available on jelly bd. Specific rules apply to each category and users must follow them.

6.1 Right to Cancel Bets

jelly bd reserves the right to cancel or re-evaluate bets in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• Match fixing or fraud is suspected
• Incorrect information is received from a data feed
• An event starts or is cancelled before the scheduled time

6.2 Responsible Betting

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalidity of one clause will not void the entire terms.
